We invite you to take part in our open programmes. We offer short training –generally lasting 2-3 days. The offer for the 2007 year includes 45 titles divided into 7 topical sections. All trainings take place in our training rooms in Warsaw in the Swietojerska Street 5/7.
The principle of Cegos is using active training conformable to the title, which is especially effective when it comes to the adult delegates. During the training participants work in discussion groups, fulfill exercises, play roles , work on case studies, analyze their acting thanks to recording to the audio and video tapes.
After termination of the educational cycle participants of the training are asked to prepare their own plans of acting and individual development in the company. In-company Programmes
In-company programmes are an effect of close cooperation with the client company , including pre-training investigation and analysis of the training needs. The process of training guided by us let participants change customs and form expected competences and skills , what in practice means their abilities to solve problems in specific real professional situations.
